At Chicken Vicken, we take great pride in the freshness and quality of our products. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Fresh & Perishable Products
All our chicken and fresh products are perishable. We do not accept returns of fresh or frozen products once delivered, as food safety regulations prohibit the resale of returned perishable goods.
When We Will Refund or Replace
We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product
- The product arrived damaged, spoiled, or in poor condition
- Your order was not delivered
How to Claim

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect quantity ordered, or issues from improper storage after delivery.
