Methi Murg

Ingredients:

Baramati Agro tender Chicken 1 kg, Oil 3 tbsp, Jeera Whole 1/2 tsp, Curd 2 tbsp, Kasoori methi dry 1 gm, Onion 2 nos, Green Chillies 1 no, Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp, Tomatoes 2 tbsp, Red Chilli Powder 2 tsp, Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp, Coriander Powder 2 tsp, Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp, Salt as per taste.

Cooking Method | 4-5 Minutes

1. Take a pan, heat the oil and splutter the cumin seeds.
2. Add the chopped onions and saute till it turns golden brown.
3. Add the ginger garlic paste and green chilies. Fry for a minute.
4. Add the chicken pieces, beaten curd and salt. Stir fry for few minutes.
5. Add coriander powder, chili powder and turmeric powder.
6. Add tomato puree & required water.
7. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes till the oil separates from the masala.
8. Finally add the dry kasoori methi leaves and garam masala powder.
9. Cook for a minute and switch off. Tasty Murg Methi curry is ready to be served.

Serve hot with roti, pulao, white rice.
