Malai Chicken Curry Recipe Ingredients List:
• 500gm chicken (boneless)
• 8-10 green cardamom pods
• 2 green chillies chopped finely
• 1 onion cut into four parts
• 2 tbsp ghee
• 4 tbsp Cashew & Melon seeds
• 3-4 garlic cloves chopped
• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• ½ tsp fine green cardamom powder
• 1 tbsp fine ground black pepper
• ¼ fresh curd
• 2 tbsp fresh cream
• 1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
• Salt as per taste
Cooking Instruction:
Cut Fresh Baramati Agro Boneless chicken in one inch pieces. In a pan, heat one tablespoon ghee and add green cardamom powder, Chopped green chilies, Cut onion, cashew nuts, melon seeds and garlic chopped. Sauté mix for 2-3 minutes.
Cook the mixture on low heat Add water and simmer for 5-6 minutes. Once the mixture is cooked well, blend it into a smooth paste. Now in a heavy-bottomed frying pan, heat the remaining ghee and add the remaining green cardamom powder, ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add chicken and salt, ground black pepper and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add the paste to the mixture and mix it well. Add curd, cover it with a lid and cook for 12-15 minutes. Once the chicken is cooked well, Garnish it with chopped fresh cream.
