• Heat one tbsn oil/ghee in a pan. Saute long chopped onions until golden brown.
• In the same way fry dry coconut. Grind fried onions and coconuts in a mixy.
• Add 100 gm of oil in kadhai, add 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, grinded onions and coconut and ‘Elicious Egg Masala’ and add salt as per taste.
• Add 4 boiled eggs. Tasty egg masala is ready, searvs hot with coriender.
